Job summary

Driveline Retail Merchandising seeks a Field Operations Manager to lead day-to-day heavy projects, ensure quality controls, and manage field teams across assigned programs. You will recruit, hire, and train Merchandisers, supervise Project Supervisors and hourly staff, and ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in field operations, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with personal auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience with retail and marketing exposure.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day heavy projects program execution and quality controls.
• Recruit, hire, and train Merchandisers within the area of responsibility.
• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly associates to maintain quality standards.
• Control team productivity, time management, and project costs.
• Manage travel, costs, and overtime to meet budget guidelines.
• Build relationships with clients and store management; resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Ensure staff are trained on Driveline technology platforms and reporting requirements.
• Staff projects per scope and financial parameters; oversee travel for staff.
• Assess and manage temporary labor as required; travel to stores as needed.
• Adhere to HR protocols and Code of Business Conduct; ensure safe work environment.
