Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent issue troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skill including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer relations skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid, personal automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all active client programs within the assigned areas.
• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly associates’ work quality to meet standards.
• Manage team productivity, time management, and costs for assigned projects.
• Control travel, mileage, overtime, and expenses per budget guidelines.
• Build relationships with clients and store management; resolve client issues within 24 hours.
• Recruit, hire, and train Project Supervisors and retrain as needed.
• Ensure staff are trained on Driveline’s technologies and reporting requirements.
• Staff projects per scope and financial parameters; oversee travel for staff.
