Job summary

Driveline is seeking a highly motivated Field Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day project execution and quality controls within a regional area. You will recruit, hire, train, and manage Project Supervisors and hourly associates, ensuring adherence to Driveline’s standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities include staff oversight, travel management, program knowledge, and cost controls. The role requires 65% travel and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent issue troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skill including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Independent work mentality with strong team and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer relations skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid, personal automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of active client programs within the assigned areas.
• Oversee Supervisors and hourly workers to ensure quality and standards.
• Manage team productivity, time management, and costs for projects.
• Control travel, mileage, overtime and expenses to meet budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and store management.
• Provide timely resolution of client issues within 24 hours.
• Recruit, hire, and train Supervisors and staff.
