F6 Data Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead technical field personnel across HVAC, data centers, and critical infrastructure in a hybrid environment. You will steer performance coaching, hiring, and workforce planning while aligning with safety, quality and profitability goals.

The role emphasizes leadership development, succession planning, and collaboration with Project Managers and Site Leads to deploy the right people with the right skills at the right time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading technical field‑service personnel in HVAC, mechanical systems, commissioning, industrial equipment or data centers.
• Proven people management including coaching, performance management and disciplinary conversations.
• Experience interviewing, selecting and developing technical employees.
• Strong understanding of field‑service operations and workforce deployment.
• Ability to balance employee needs with customer, project and business requirements.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and accountability of assigned field employees.
• Set clear expectations for performance, attendance, safety and conduct.
• Conduct regular performance discussions and formal reviews.
• Partner with HR on disciplinary actions and promotions.
• Coach Site Leads and technicians to develop capabilities and leadership.
• Forecast staffing needs and deployment for multiple projects.
