Lunova Group seeks an Operations Manager to lead its Service & Repair operations across Western Virginia. This hands-on leadership role oversees a large service operation and a dedicated repair team, with a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

You will spend meaningful time in the field with technicians and customers, manage scheduling and routes, and partner with sales and branch leaders to drive service opportunities and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based operations or service teams.
• Experience managing multiple crews, routes or service territories.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Service & Repair operations across Western Virginia.
• Manage field leadership and technicians, including performance and training.
• Oversee service routes and a dedicated repair operation.
• Spend time in the field with technicians and customers to identify challenges.
• Manage scheduling, manpower, route performance, and service issues.
• Collaborate with sales and branch leadership to address needs.
• Review financial performance and seek efficiency/profitability gains.
• Maintain safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and accountability.
• Resolve escalated issues promptly and practically.
• Build a culture of accountability in a demanding service environment.
