Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership training preferred.
• Experience supervising dispersed field crews and ensuring safety & attendance.
• Ability to develop schedules and allocate resources across sites.
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and accountability for field crews.
• Hold individuals accountable to attendance, performance, and safety standards.
• Lead toolbox talks and address safety observations and incidents.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly crew schedules across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with warehouse to stage materials and equipment ahead of time.
