MIRATECH in Tulsa seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee dispersed field crews performing loading and material movement. Focus is on people management, scheduling, and coordination across multiple local sites to meet daily targets and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a hands-on approach with field checks, toolbox talks, and safety accountability, balancing time between fieldwork and planning with leadership, warehouse, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership/supervisory training preferred.
• 3+ years in field operations/logistics/construction environments with physically demanding work.
• 2+ years supervising dispersed crews with accountability for safety, attendance, and performance.
• Ability to develop schedules, allocate resources, and adjust plans per field conditions.
• Strong communication skills for direction, safety talks, and reporting to leadership.
• Proven ability to hold individuals accountable while fostering a safety-first culture.
• Familiarity with material handling and field logistics (forklifts, pallet jacks, rigging).
• Competence with basic scheduling/reporting tools (MS Teams, Excel, scheduling software or ERP).
• Commitment to MIRATECH's safety, quality, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and accountability for field crews.
• Manage attendance, performance, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead safety talks and enforce safe working practices on sites.
• Develop and manage daily/weekly crew schedules across sites.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure materials and equipment are ready.
• Communicate schedule changes to crews and stakeholders.
• Inspect field work for quality and resolve non-conformances quickly.
• Monitor productivity and implement efficiency improvements.
• Serve as the link between field crews, warehouse, and operations.
