PestCo in Tyler, TX is seeking a full-time Field Manager to support the Service Manager, supervise technicians, and service customer accounts in the field. You will oversee payroll concepts, inventory, safety, and route management while promoting a high-performance team.

The role emphasizes field presence, coaching, and growing recurring services, with a strong focus on safety, KPIs, and customer satisfaction in pest control operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Pest control license required.
• Experience with P&L and operations a plus.
• Strong customer service and supervisory skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willingness to perform field work and manage route supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Fill in for absent Technicians by servicing customer accounts.
• Spend at least 50% of time in the field evaluating service quality.
• Manage payroll concepts and hourly pay understanding.
• Maintain inventory and equipment; ensure safety and PPE use.
• Promote a productive, safe, and professional team environment.
• Coach technicians to improve route retention and sales of services.
