DSI Security Services is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor for the Panama City, FL area. This hands-on leader will oversee daily field security operations, while supporting branch-level tasks such as scheduling, onboarding, recruiting coordination, and compliance. The role acts as a liaison among the branch office, field personnel, and clients.

Pay rate is $18.00/hour. Expect travel locally up to 75% and a full-time schedule with benefits; extendable to growing operations and service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and reporting skills.
• Ability to perform field patrols and lifting as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure service quality.
• Support branch operations including scheduling, onboarding, and compliance.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts and assist with onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate reports using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to ensure continuity and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and internal safety policies.
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and operational issues promptly.
