Job summary

VIP Petcare is seeking an Assistant Field Operations Manager to oversee the field office and clinics in the United States. You will lead operations through Leadership Competencies, coordinate with staff and host locations, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

The role includes travel to community clinics and headquarters to implement initiatives. The position requires experience with pets, HR basics, and operations management, plus strong communication and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort with pets of all sizes and temperaments.
• Fundamental HR principles and basic accounting/math knowledge.
• Operations management experience implementing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field office operations, including administration, facilities, and inventory.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, disciplining, and evaluating staff at a location.
• Manage offices and clinics as directed and build relationships with host staff.
• Communicate with Field Operations Manager to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Travel to community clinics and HQ to drive business initiatives.
• Support weekend clinics and after-hours operations as needed.
