As a Field Operations Manager, your leadership will directly impact patient access and clinician productivity within a technology-driven environment. You will oversee scheduling and resolve service failures to maintain high-quality care.

• Experience managing healthcare operations, field operations, or home health scheduling.
• Experience leading and coaching team members.
• Strong judgment and time-sensitive decision-making ability.
• Ability to manage scheduling changes and urgent patient needs.
• Experience monitoring productivity and operational performance metrics.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and service-failure prevention.
• Monitor clinician capacity and coordinate coverage.
• Review clinician productivity and provide coaching.
• Lead Patient Care Coordinators in scheduling responsibilities.
• Resolve missed visits and outstanding patient access issues.
• Support clinician onboarding and reinforce expectations.
• Partner with teams to respond to service concerns.
• Escalate operational issues and recommend solutions.
