Adaptive Home Health, LLC in Texas and the San Antonio market is seeking a Field Operations Manager who will oversee daily scheduling, clinician capacity, and workforce performance to ensure patients receive timely, reliable care. You will coach Patient Care Coordinators, partner with Account Executives and clinical leaders, and address service issues before they affect care.

This role requires strong organization and decisive, data-driven decision making.

• Experience managing healthcare operations or field operations in a complex service-delivery setting.
• Experience coaching and holding teams accountable for performance.
• Strong judgment with ability to make time-sensitive operational decisions.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and frequent scheduling changes.
• Experience monitoring productivity, capacity, and operational metrics.
• Clear, professional communication with clinicians, patients, and leadership.
• Ability to delegate while owning results and ensuring outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling, visit assignments, rescheduling, and service-failure prevention in the assigned market.
• Monitor clinician capacity and coordinate coverage for PTO, callouts, urgent visits, and demand changes.
• Review productivity and documentation timelines; coach when expectations are not met.
• Lead and support Patient Care Coordinators; delegate scheduling tasks while owning outcomes.
• Resolve missed visits, starts of care, access issues, and barriers delaying care or billing.
• Partner with Account Executives and clinical leaders to address service concerns and schedule feasibility.
• Escalate high-risk issues and propose solutions to improve access and reliability.
