Power Design, a national electrical contractor, invites a motivated graduate or experienced professional to join as a Field Engineer in Las Vegas, NV. You will work under a Superintendent, learning the business aspects of running large-scale construction projects while contributing to daily deliverables and maintaining safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a construction-related degree, or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Detail-oriented professional with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Uphold Power Design’s core values: integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation.
• Non-smoker.

Responsibilities

• Gaining firsthand experience of electrical installation scopes including decks, rough, trim and distribution.
• Support project deliverables throughout all construction phases, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Promote safety on site by recognizing hazards and implementing corrections.
• Coordinate schedules, labor forecast, inventory, material and project correspondence with senior team and suppliers.
• Interact with customers and other trades while representing the organization in the field.
• Leverage training to utilize cutting-edge technology on assigned projects.
