Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership of a small field team (4–6 direct reports).
• Proven ability to set and achieve high performance standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
• Willingness to work weekends and 24‑hour on‑call.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Supervisors to deliver Environmental Contracting Services per company standards.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance with the health & safety director.
• Provide coaching and feedback to operational staff.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
• Manage controllable operating expenses including labor, materials, and equipment.
