Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a seasoned Field Superintendent to lead onsite foundation repair and related groundwork projects in Milwaukee, WI. You will supervise multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and report to project managers with clear updates.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of construction supervision experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of OSHA standards and blueprint interpretation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in foundation repair or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of foundation repair techniques, waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete leveling.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities specific to foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control related to field operations.
