Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Field Superintendent in Liberty Lake, WA to lead onsite construction activities for foundation repair and related groundwork services. You will supervise multiple crews and subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget while upholding Groundworks’ high-quality standards.

You will mentor field staff, enforce OSHA standards, and coordinate with project managers to communicate progress and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably foundation repair or related groundwork.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise onsite construction activities specific to foundation repair and related groundwork services.
• Manage and coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
• Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards on all job sites.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Lead safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safety-first culture.
• Oversee logistics including equipment, materials, and site access to maintain a clean, safe work environment.
