Responsibilities

• Lead daily location field operations and support technicians.
• Back up the Service Coordinator and ensure dispatch effectiveness.
• Manage on-call rotations and emergency dispatch.
• Coach and develop staff; build bench for location's future.
• Review job costing, timesheets, and field reports for profitability.
• Coordinate inventory across shop and rolling stock for readiness.
• Walk job sites regularly to monitor quality and on-ground needs.
• Support strategy, budgets, hiring decisions, and location-wide performance.
