Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent leadership and operational experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of field supervisors and technicians.
• Drive a strong safety culture through regular jobsite visits, audits, and coaching.
• Spend time in the field supporting technicians, meeting with customers, and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Monitor service performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Partner with the sales team by providing technical insight, estimating labor and materials, and supporting repair opportunities.
• Manage operational metrics including callbacks, route efficiency, scheduling, and profitability.
• Work closely with customers to resolve service issues and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and company standards.
• Help manage inventory, parts, and resources to support daily operations.
