Job summary

Infravision seeks a Manager, Construction Services to lead on-site integration of drone stringing technology into transmission and distribution projects across North America. You will manage field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive best practices in construction technologies.

This role combines hands-on project management, field leadership, and customer engagement in a growing startup. Travel is required to support projects and field operations across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transmission stringing teams and coordinating complex field operations.
• Strong knowledge of transmission construction, field operations, and safety regulations.
• Proven track record in project planning, scheduling, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate construction activities with crews, customers, and vendors.
• Support end-to-end project delivery from planning to onsite integration of Infravision technologies.
• Ensure field activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and BD to support opportunities and project planning.
• Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance for onsite operations.
