Job summary

Infravision seeks a Manager, Construction Services to lead on-site integration of drone stringing technology into transmission and distribution projects across North America. You will manage field operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive best practices in construction technologies.

The Opportunity

Infravision is seeking a skilled Manager, Construction Services to lead the onsite integration of our innovative drone stringing technology into transmission and distribution projects across North America. This role is responsible for managing relationships, resources, field execution, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

As Manager, Construction Services, you will oversee field operations, support project delivery, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and contribute to the development and adoption of best practices for Infravision’s construction technologies. This is a key role that combines hands‑on project management, field leadership, customer engagement, and operational execution in a rapidly growing organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate construction activities with Infravision stringing crews, customers, and third‑party vendors to support seamless execution and quality outcomes.
  • Partner with Infravision project managers to support end‑to‑end project delivery, from project planning through onsite integration of Infravision technologies on transmission and distribution projects.
  • Ensure field activities are aligned with project goals, customer expectations, safety requirements, quality standards, and operational priorities.
  • Collaborate with business development and sales teams as a subject matter expert to support new opportunities, customer discussions, and project planning.
  • Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance for onsite operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in team building, knowledge transfer, and the professional development of Infravision personnel and partners.
  • Support the adoption, documentation, and refinement of industry best practices for implementing Infravision’s construction technologies and processes.
  • Coordinate field resources, schedules, construction plans, vendors, customers, and internal teams to support efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution.
  • Support operational readiness, issue resolution, field communication, and continuous improvement across construction services activities.
  • Travel as required to support customer projects, field operations, project delivery, and onsite integration of Infravision technologies.
  • Flex across field leadership, project support, customer engagement, safety, quality, and process improvement responsibilities in a growing startup environment.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing transmission stringing teams, with the ability to coordinate complex field operations.
  • Strong knowledge of transmission construction, field operations, and industrial safety regulations.
  • Experience with technical or engineering recordkeeping methods, compliance requirements, construction documentation, and field reporting.
  • Experience as a Lineman is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience developing stringing plans, schedules, resource plans, and field coordination processes.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver practical, customer‑focused solutions that create mutual value.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and respectfully to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead in field‑based environments while balancing safety, quality, customer expectations, and operational execution.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required to support projects across North America.
  • Flexibility to support a broad range of responsibilities in a growing startup environment.
