Responsibilities

• Perform skilled transmission line construction, maintenance, and repair.
• Coordinate with UAV pilots for lead-line deployments and safety protocols.
• Conduct job briefings, hazard assessments, and safety checks.

Skills

Journeyman Lineman status

5+ years of line construction experience

Ability to interpret construction prints

Strong safety mindset

Flexibility to support multiple responsibilities

Education

High school diploma or GED

Completion of an accredited lineman training program

OSHA 10 or 30 certifications
