Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Field Operations Coordinator to manage multiple active construction and property-improvement projects. You will coordinate crews, equipment, materials, subcontractors, customers, and schedules to keep work moving smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring field operations experience, strong leadership, and excellent organization and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and proficiency with Jobber are preferred to drive projects from start

Qualifications

Experience in construction, excavation, landscaping, hardscaping, marine/seawall, or general contracting.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate approximately 3–5 active projects at a time.
Review upcoming work and prepare daily/weekly production plans.
Coordinate crews, project leads, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Confirm jobs are ready before crews are dispatched.
Maintain communication with customers throughout production.
Visit jobsites and help solve field problems.
Hold project leads accountable for quality, production, documentation and cleanup.
Verify job notes, photos, measurements and updates are complete.
Help coordinate material purchasing and deliveries.
Identify delays or problems before they become emergencies.
Plan the following workday before the current day ends.
Work closely with the owner and office team.
