USA Renovations is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support field project execution, ensuring jobs are prepared, crews are equipped, and issues are resolved quickly. The role is field-based with travel as required and may include overnight shifts to keep projects on schedule.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving and communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and be available for after-hours calls and issues as needed.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in construction field operations, logistics or related environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Confirm jobsite readiness prior to crew arrival, access, contacts, conditions.
• Arrange delivery or transport of materials and equipment; verify equipment is functional.
• Respond to and resolve field issues in real time, including after hours.
• Troubleshoot problems related to access, materials or equipment; escalate as needed.
• Track delays and communicate issues to internal team; support overall project execution.
