Erickson-Hall Construction Co. in Orange County/Los Angeles, CA seeks an experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and optimize regional field operations, coordinating with architects, engineers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will drive safety, quality, and schedule performance across multiple projects while developing people and aligning operations with company strategy in a rapidly growing, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in construction operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee multiple regional projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality compliance.
Manage regional resource allocation including staff, subcontractors, and materials for project teams.
Lead monthly health checks to monitor schedules, forecasts, status reports, and subcontractor activities.
Collaborate with estimating, purchasing, and design teams to ensure smooth transitions from preconstruction to field operations.
Promote and enforce safety programs, trainings, and policies across project teams and subcontractors.
