Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking a Production Manager to oversee field operations across multiple crews, coordinating materials, people, and subcontractors to deliver top-quality landscape services. You will monitor safety, coach employees, and ensure work aligns with client expectations and approved schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crew associates focusing on the maintenance operation.
• Coordinate materials, people, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver quality work.
• Promote safety and maintain a clean, orderly work area at sites.
• Prepare action plans after inspecting properties.
• Provide on-site training and develop instruction for employees.
• Track production hours and complete records accurately.
• Forecast labor needs and allocate staff across locations.
• Schedule work and issue clear instructions to crews.
• Visit sites and meet with customers to ensure quality matches scope.
• Collaborate with Sales to communicate needs and requests clearly.
• Coordinate with Mechanics to ensure timely repairs.
• Suggest process improvements to boost productivity and safety.
• Help achieve operational goals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Procure job-related materials and manage equipment on site.
• Mentor direct reports for growth opportunities.
• Oversee time-off approvals and interview new team members.
