The ideal candidate will demonstrate hands-on leadership, the ability to coach employees, manage schedules, and respond quickly to operational issues. Regular evenings and travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning or related service industries is beneficial.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support cleaning employees across multiple customer locations.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and customer expectations.
• Conduct routine quality inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
• Coach employees and address performance, attendance, and policy concerns.
• Help ensure customer locations remain properly staffed.
• Respond quickly to call-offs and other operational issues.
• Monitor scheduled versus worked labor hours and assist with budgets.
