Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Field Operations Manager to lead wireless network deployment across Nebraska and Colorado. You will manage field teams, coordinate customer engagements, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

You will oversee end-to-end execution, collaborate with customers, subcontractors, RF and engineering teams, and vendor partners to ensure safe, high‑quality deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years in wireless network engineering, deployment, or field operations.
• Strong knowledge of wireless tech: CDMA, EVDO, LTE, VoLTE, OFDM.
• Solid understanding of IP networking, routing, switching.
• Experience with base station installation, commissioning, and deployment.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of field technicians, site engineers, and deployment teams.
• Lead wireless network deployment projects and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Support troubleshooting across backhaul, transmission, wireless access, and transport networks.
• Oversee asset management, RMA processes, logistics, and documentation.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Coordinate with RF Engineering, Transport, TAC, Product Design, and PM teams.
• Monitor milestones and ensure adherence to schedules and commitments.
• Prepare and present weekly project status reports for management and customers.
• Identify risks and constraints impacting performance or timelines.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to field teams.
