Job summary

The role includes recruiting and training Merchandisers, managing travel and costs, and maintaining client relationships. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management or equivalent supervisory experience and 1–2 years in retail or field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, or related field preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience with retail and marketing experience or retail environment exposure.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid, personal automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day heavy projects program execution and quality controls within a client, project, or geographical area.
• Recruit, hire, and training all Merchandisers within area of responsibility.
• Provide oversight and day-to-day management of Project Supervisors and hourly associates.
• Control costs including drive time, mileage, overtime, and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with Driveline clients and retail store management.
• Resolve client issues within 24 hours.
• Ensure staff are trained on Driveline’s technology platforms and reporting requirements.
• Staff projects according to scope and financial parameters.
