You will recruit, train, and manage Project Supervisors and hourly staff, ensuring compliance with company platforms and reporting requirements. You will oversee travel, budget adherence, and strong client relationships, while maintaining safety and professional standards in a fast-paced retail execution

Qualificações

• Excellent issue troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skill including the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Independent work mentality with strong team and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer relations skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have valid, personal automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee field operations program execution and quality controls within client programs and geographical area.
• Recruit, hire, train, and manage Project Supervisors and hourly staff.
• Maintain knowledge of active client programs within the assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all staff are trained on Driveline’s platforms and reporting requirements.
• Manage travel, time, and costs to meet project budgets and business goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and store management.
• Provide timely resolution of client issues within 24 hours.
• Adhere to Code of Business Conduct and maintain a safe work environment.
