Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field; or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience.
• Firm understanding of retail merchandising practices.

• Oversee Project Supervisors and hourly associates’ work quality.
• Manage costs, including travel time, mileage, and overtime.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retrain Project Supervisors.
• Ensure staff are trained on Driveline’s platforms and reporting.
