Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations in Texas. You will guide field activities, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with management on hiring needs and deadlines. The role requires strong leadership and customer communication, with CDL and DOT awareness as part of the job.

You will mentor crew members, manage equipment, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures while driving performance and efficiency on-site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in field conditions.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience with safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Responsabilités

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are given.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforces safe work practices per policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicates with owners/customers on access, work scope, and responsibilities.
• Obtains permission to perform required work from property owners.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew performance reports.
