Job summary

OutFront Merchandising Services LLC is seeking a Field Project Supervisor to oversee a team of 5+ merchandisers across multiple retail locations. You will lead in-store project execution, fixture installations, and planogram resets, ensuring safety, quality, and client standards are met.

You will read and interpret planograms and schematics, coordinate tasks, and communicate with management and clients. This role requires travel, hands-on work, and strong organizational skills to keep projects

Qualifications

• Experience leading field or project teams in retail environments.
• Ability to read and interpret planograms, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Comfort with hands-on work using common tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnights and multi-day projects.
• Capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and performing physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of 5+ field merchandisers during project execution; assign daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Oversee planogram execution, fixture installation, signage setup, and merchandising resets; verify work meets standards.
• Serve as primary on-site contact for clients and store personnel; provide daily status updates and escalate issues as needed; ensure reports and photos are submitted on time.
