Job summary

Driveline seeks a highly motivated Retail Operations Manager to lead a team of 100+ hourly merchandising associates across 200+ retail locations within a targeted market. The role involves traveling to store sites, engaging with staff and store personnel, and ensuring flawless execution of merchandising initiatives like category resets and new item cut-ins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent supervisory/management experience.
• 1–2 years of retail or field operations experience.
• Firm understanding of Retail and/or Retail Merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor hourly employees within the market area.
• Maintain 95%+ on-time execution rate for all assigned projects.
• Foster relationships with retailers and client personnel.
• Communicate with assigned employees regularly and deliver actionable follow-ups.
• Plan staffing to meet client project requirements.
• Manage district costs including drivetime, mileage, and overtime.
• Control merchandising expenses such as overtime and travel costs.
• Build a flexible labor pool to handle spikes in demand.
• Collaborate with the Regional team to support overall success.
