Qualifications

• 3+ years in water mitigation/restoration operations.
• Leadership experience managing field personnel or technicians.
• Strong knowledge of residential/commercial mitigation workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily mitigation operations and field production activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians; conduct ride-alongs and inspections.
• Maintain documentation, reports, and quality control per IICRC standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch, reconstruction, and leadership for timely project execution.
• Provide hands-on field support during emergencies and high-volume periods.
