Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager to oversee Service Technicians, drive service quality, and improve operational efficiency on daily pest control routes.

You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing field team, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage field audits. The role emphasizes customer experience and process adherence to maintain top-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians in technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians with regular meetings and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and conduct daily field audits for feedback to the Service Manager.
• Monitor schedules and routes, run performance reports, and perform truck inspections.
