Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Field Manager to lead a team of Service Technicians, manage daily routes, and ensure high-quality pest control services for our recurring customers.

You will train and evaluate staff, monitor safety and performance, and work with the Service Manager to optimize operations, with base pay around $53,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver''s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians for technical service delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate the performance of Service Technicians; conduct meetings, training, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products and conduct daily field audits; provide feedback to the Service Manager.
• Monitor schedules and service routes; run performance reports and ensure equipment, inventory, safety and cleanliness standards.
