Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Manager to lead Service Technicians on daily routes, ensuring service quality, safety, and a superior customer experience.

You will recruit and train a high-performing field team, manage performance through coaching and regular meetings, oversee scheduling and equipment, and support lead generation for the sales team. The base pay is $55,000 with full benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of pest control experience and previous management experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and train a team of Service Technicians on technical delivery and customer experience.
• Manage and evaluate technician performance through meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
• Issue pest control products to technicians, conduct field audits, and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
• Monitor schedules and routes, run performance reports, and conduct truck inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
