Premier Service in Crete, IL is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to lead our landscape and snow operations teams. You will drive service quality, team performance, and operational efficiency across multiple crews while hands-on leadership and strong horticultural knowledge guide daily decisions.

The role partners with the Branch Manager and Client Account Managers to manage labor, schedule dispatch, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction year-round.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing landscape or field service crews.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture.
• Experience in snow operations is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid Driver's License required (must meet insurability guidelines)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field crews during green and snow seasons.
• Coordinate daily crew dispatch, schedules, and job assignments.
• Ensure crews are properly equipped with materials and equipment.
• Communicate with clients to understand and meet service expectations.
• Enforce company safety standards and conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Review and approve crew timesheets to meet payroll deadlines.
