Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the Lansing/Jackson area. You will lead frontline teams, supervise scheduling, and maintain client satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality at all sites.

The role includes overseeing accounts, coaching staff, coordinating inspections, and helping achieve annual profit and revenue goals. The position involves travel within the assigned area and variable days and times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ progressively responsible leadership experience in industry or related industry.
• Ability to recruit, train and manage janitorial staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management at accounts in assigned area and support achievement of revenue goals.
• Lead frontline janitorial teams and conduct site inspections.
• Schedule shifts, approve timecards, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory and respond to client concerns.
• Assist with onboarding and performance evaluations of janitorial staff.
• Respond to emergency cleanups or last-minute schedule changes.
