You will serve as the bridge between clients and frontline staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and efficient scheduling across multiple sites. The role requires proven leadership experience in field operations or commercial janitorial management, strong communication, and the ability to travel between client sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in team management, field operations, supervisory roles, or commercial janitorial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop cleaning teams across multiple sites.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure standards meet client and company expectations.
• Oversee scheduling, coverage, inventory, and daily cleaning operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with facility managers and clients.
• Ensure safety policies, chemical handling, and security procedures are followed.
