The Professional Group is seeking a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day janitorial operations and administrative activities in Michigan. You will ensure quality control, manage inspections, inventory, and equipment, and maintain excellent client relations.

This role reports to the Manager/District Manager. Responsibilities include directing cleaning staff, coordinating personnel, and ensuring payroll and inspections are submitted accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; experience may substitute.
• 2 to 4 years experience in janitorial services or supervisory capacity.
• Excellent organizational, customer service and management skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Basic computer experience, emails and Word.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and directs the operations of assigned cleaning staff.
• Directs coordination and evaluation of personnel.
• Ensures paperwork like payroll and inspections is submitted on time.
• May perform regular cleaning duties.
• Conducts regulatory and safety awareness training.
• Promotes company culture and values.
• Maintains daily communication with account cleaners and leads.
• Investigates employee incidents and accidents.
• Ensures customer cleaning specifications are followed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
