Job summary

Flooring Services LTD is seeking a Field Manager for the Florida market (Gibsonton). The role plans and oversees installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of products to ensure uptime and quality service.

Responsibilities include leading field teams, coordinating with contractors, and driving installations from start to finish while maintaining cost control and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma with certificate from a technical or trade school related to the building materials industry.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of field experience i.e., cabinet installation, service, order entry and delivery scheduling, and managing subcontractors.
• Cabinetry and Multifamily experience highly preferred, but not required.
• Driving is a requirement for this position: a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and warranty work in the field.
• Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness.
• Overall responsibility for quality and cost effective installations.
• Measure projects, process layouts, prepare orders and give information to Customer Service Representatives, Installers, Sales, and appropriate personnel.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with building superintendents and installers.
• Build relationships in field.
• Achieve monthly commitments in expense control.
• Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information.
• Manage delivery schedule in coordination with general contractor to deliver product to jobsites as needed.
• Cover, assist, and train in other areas.
• Support efforts by all members of the Leedo Team to continuously improve departmental, location, and company performance.
• Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from install to completion.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
