Classic Floors Ferrazzano in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field operations around the Daytona area and act as the key liaison for installers and builders to ensure timely, quality results across all projects.

Requirements include a high school diploma, preferred bilingual English/Spanish communication, and experience with common software tools. Daily travel and a valid Florida driver’s license are required, with a focus on safety and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Prior experience using common software programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and anticipate possible scenarios to prevent problems.
• Ensure completion of installation jobs according to builder install schedule.
• Ensure layout, materials, budget, and quantity accuracy.
• Coordinate with Production Coordinator to ensure accurate delivery dates of materials.
• Collaborate with trade partners to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensure job sites adhere to safety standards.
• Assist in resolving issues related to daily construction activities.
• Perform pre-and-post installation inspections.
• Perform accurate field measurements.
• Act as courier for job-related materials.
• Accompany subcontractors on occupied warranty jobs.
• Authorize installer payment for work completed.
• Track milestone dates in scheduling software.
