Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead a team delivering appliances through the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program. You will oversee field staff, coach performance, and ensure safety, quality, and timely enrollments.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in a sales environment, and one year of supervision. A reliable vehicle, insurance, and California license are required. Competitive base salary with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have three years of experience in a sales environment (direct program knowledge may be substituted).
• Must have minimum one year of experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff to achieve productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
• Review daily schedules, routing, and appointments to support efficient field operations.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Senior Manager.
• Conduct daily safety and production tailgate meetings and monthly safety trainings.
• Perform quality assurance audits and ride-alongs to ensure compliance, accuracy, and service quality.
• Ensure required enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and obtained timely.
• Address customer service concerns and elevate issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
• Identify process improvements and implement effective methods to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate team meetings in the absence of the Senior Manager.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and ensure staff follow all applicable safety policies and procedures.
