Job summary

Eversource is seeking a senior construction supervisor to lead safe execution of field activities related to the build, operation, and maintenance of electric distribution and transmission systems in western Connecticut.

You will coordinate with multiple departments, manage contractor workforces, schedule and logistics, and ensure on-time completion within budget while maintaining a strong safety culture and excellent customer service. Travel to MA/CT/NH and on-call rotation apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience is required.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT License preferred; Lineman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the safe execution of field activities.
• Sets safety expectations with employees and provides feedback.
• Coordinates work with other departments, utilities and contractors.
• Prepares and approves time, expense, and material records.
• Ensures work is completed within budgetary guidelines.
• Fulfills storm duty assignments and on-call rotation as required.
