Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a supervisor to lead field operations ensuring safe, timely and efficient restoration of electric distribution and transmission systems. You will coordinate with multiple departments, enforce safety culture, and promote customer-focused service across shifts.

The role requires 5–10 years in electric distribution, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license, with travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary. Shift work and emergency restoration duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience required.
• Five to ten years of related experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Motor Vehicle License required; DOT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations safely and efficiently, setting safety expectations and resolving safety concerns.
• Prioritize work and manage resources for timely completion.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct reviews under bargaining unit contracts.
• Ensure proper application of local union contracts and resolve grievances.
• Coordinate pre-construction reviews and interdepartmental collaboration.
