Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Palm Desert, California, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field service operations for our commercial access solutions portfolio. You will oversee service, installation, and project work while driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will coach field technicians, coordinate dispatch, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with sales/estimating teams to ensure feasible project scopes and on-time delivery. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading field service, construction, or specialty-trade teams.
• Experience in commercial doors, gates, access control, or related services preferred.
• Strong scheduling, dispatching, and job-costing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service, installation, and project operations.
• Coach and develop field technicians and operational staff.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize field productivity.
• Monitor schedules, workloads, and job completion to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across projects.
