Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for Automatic Gate Systems to lead field teams, oversee installation and service operations, and drive profitability.

You will coordinate technicians, dispatch, and project planning while ensuring safety and quality across all sites. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and troubleshooting skills, with experience in access control, low-voltage systems, and CCTV integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field service ops or operations management in a gate/access control environment.
• Proven ability to lead technicians, installers, and dispatch teams.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and job costing capabilities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP platforms; ServiceTitan a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily installation, service, and maintenance operations for automatic gate systems.
• Lead field teams, schedule manpower, and manage dispatch and resources.
• Monitor productivity, profitability, and safety performance on projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure on-time project delivery, proper documentation, and billing readiness.
• Provide escalation support for complex installations and service issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
