APMC Moving & Delivery LLC in Atlanta is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead daily moving operations, optimize dispatch, schedule resources, and uphold exceptional service standards. This high‑impact role requires a decisive leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

You will supervise crews, recruit and develop talent, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and DOT compliance, and coordinate with bilingual teams and clients to deliver seamless, high‑touch service across all jobs.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years in operations or logistics management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CDL preferred; valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily dispatch, route optimization, and crew assignments.
• Lead moving crews, coach, and ensure safety and performance.
• Resolve operational issues and customer inquiries promptly.
• Identify bottlenecks and streamline workflows to reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with bilingual teams and clients as needed.
