Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a Field Operations leader to manage and develop field teams, ensuring safe, on-time, high-quality project delivery. You will coordinate with project management, subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires a strong track record in field engineering or construction management, with managerial experience preferred, and a commitment to DPR’s safety culture and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred and First Aid/ CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve high performance.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities for safe, efficient work per specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and reports to support project momentum.
